Commercial & Events
Hourly Rate of $95 per hour
This covers set up and tear down, shooting, editing + retouching. Additional travel expenses may occur.
Services include but are not limited to corporate events, summits, galas, restaurant photography, editorial, product photography, headshots.

What does the booking process look like?
As soon as you fill out the contact form, I do my best to reply as soon as I can. Do not send me a DM; I will likely not see it. You're already here anyway! From there we gather some details: shoot date, shoot location, etc. For weddings, we will schedule your consultation call. Following, your invoice for your nonrefundable deposit and contract will be sent. Once that is paid and signed, you're booked!

Do you provide digital files and prints?
Upon completion, an online photo gallery will be sent to you. High-resolution files will be available to download and share with personal usage rights. Commercial rights must be discussed. Clients will be required to give photography credits to Daphne Scott Photography any time the images are posted. As of now, printing is not natively included in the gallery, however you are free to print your photos anywhere you would like.

Are travel expenses covered in the price?
If extensive travel is required, additional travel fees will be incurred. This includes driving 3+ hours, flight, hotel, and Uber.

How can I reschedule?
If something comes up or the weather isn't looking favorable, we can reschedule. Please do so 24 hours before your shoot. I will do my best to find the soonest time to shoot your session.

Which package should I purchase?
It really comes down to preference. This magical day is once in a lifetime and getting the coverage you really want is always the best idea. A full 8 hours allows for getting ready photos, an energetic dancefloor, and a dreamy exit. If you have questions, it is always a good idea to ask your wedding day coordinator.

How far in advance should we book our wedding?
The farther out, the better! This will allow time to meet beforehand and tie all the loose ends. It also gives you more time to get your documents signed and returned. I recommend booking a year in advance if possible. Typically, I can book on short notice if you have an unexpected change in your photography plans. You may be able to catch me a few weeks out on occasion.

How long will it take to get our photos back?
I know that sharing your big day is the entire point of having a photographer and being timely is so important. I do my best to give previews within 24-48 hours. Full gallery delivery can be expected in 4-6 weeks.

What equipment do you use?
I use a Canon R6 with a big bag of RF lenses :)

What is your cancellation policy?
If your plans change, that is okay. Please note that your 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

Do you travel?
Yes, I love travel! Please list your destination in the inquiry so I can best plan my ability to do so.
